LCSW, 5 years of experience
Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Miami, Florida. I received my Masters from the Florida International University in 2019 and opened my practice in 2024. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, grief/bereavement, perfectionism, self-doubt and caregiver burnout. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can feel heard and empowered to make lasting changes. Through our work together, I work with you to build coping skills, foster self-compassion, and support you in finding clarity and confidence in your life.
In the first session, you can expect an open and welcoming environment where we begin building a therapeutic relationship. I’ll start by gathering information about your background, current concerns, and what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your goals, expectations, and any specific challenges you are facing. My goal is to understand your needs, start developing a treatment plan, and establish a foundation for our work together.
My greatest strengths as a provider are my ability to listen deeply and create a safe, supportive space for you. I’m here to work with you, adjusting our approach to what feels best for you. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and help you make positive changes in your life. My goal is to be a consistent, understanding presence as we move forward together.
I specialize in working with motivated, self-aware adults who are ready for change—but feel stuck in their anxiety, burnout, or just life. Whether you're navigating a worry loop, wrestling with perfectionism, or just trying to navigate grief in a new world without your person, I offer a calm, compassionate space to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based tools like CBT and strength-based therapy. You bring your lived experience—I’ll bring support, curiosity, and practical strategies that help you move forward. We’ll work together to shift old patterns, uncover clarity, and build a life that actually feels good to live.
I’ve been using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (BT to help clients feel more in control of their thoughts and manage anxiety. It’s been amazing to see people break free from those repetitive, overwhelming thoughts and start feeling more at ease. In our work together, we’ll look at how your thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected. Then, we’ll focus on shifting those unhelpful thought patterns so you can feel less anxious and more at peace in your day-to-day life.

Being a student learning about counseling I often find therapy to feel rehearsed. Not with Bianca. She makes me feel heard and validated. She tells me clinical terms for what is happening cognitively with me— showing her incredibly field competence. She also does activities with me that match my learning style and personality. I appreciate how she meets me where I am. She is great at building rapport and makes therapy feel productive. I don’t leave my sessions upset— I leave feeling accomplished

Bianca makes me feel heard and not ashamed for the way I feel . I appreciate that I am able to be vulnerable with her without feeling like I am being judged, which in turn helps me be fully vulnerable with her so I can deep dive into the things that are bothering me.

Bianca is amazing. She has allowed me to open up and share things that I haven't felt comfortable sharing with other people. She creates a safe space. She also knows the perfect times to share her own personal connection to things we discuss which helps make me not feel alone in my struggles. I am excited to continue this journey with Bianca.
