Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Miami, Florida. I received my Masters from the Florida International University and have been practicing for 5 years. I specialize in grief/loss, anxiety, depression and navigating life transitions. My goal is to help you understand what’s going on in your life, give you the tools to feel better, and support you as you make real progress. Together, we’ll take things one step at a time to help you feel more in control and at peace.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, you can expect an open and welcoming environment where we begin building a therapeutic relationship. I’ll start by gathering information about your background, current concerns, and what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your goals, expectations, and any specific challenges you are facing. My goal is to understand your needs, start developing a treatment plan, and establish a foundation for our work together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

After working with people facing anxiety, depression, grief, and life changes for over seven years, I’ve learned that everyone’s journey is unique. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s behind the challenges you’re facing and create a plan that’s tailored just for you. My goal is to help you make real progress, one step at a time, so you can feel more confident and in control of your life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past five years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I have experience using Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients identify their strengths, resources, and goals. In my practice, I focus on what clients want to achieve rather than dwelling on problems, encouraging them to build on past successes and take small, actionable steps toward their desired outcomes.
