Welcome! I am a psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner with over 3 years of experience in treating individuals with mental health disorders. I practice in both, Maryland and Washington DC. I have over 25yrs experience in the nursing field with experience ranging from mental health, substance abuse treatment, Acute care, Acute Rehabilitation and long-term care setting. I provide integrated care including Psychiatric Mental Health and Substance use disorder. I am committed to assisting each client to achieve wellness through lifelong transformations. I believe in holistic care that considers not only the physical aspects of a client’s illness but the emotional and spiritual aspects as well. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Primarily in my practice, I concentrate on working with clients that are dealing with Anxiety disorder, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Eating disorder and other Mood disorders. I do see clients with ADHD, OCD, PTSD and Substance abuse disorder
