What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will build our therapeutic relationship and make a plan for you to reach your therapeutic goals.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Some treatment methods I utilize in session could include motivational interviewing, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, self-esteem building, supportive listening, empathy, and various solution focused approaches. In therapy, we will use talk therapy, various journaling tools, exercises, and worksheets to help build skills and reflection.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I focus on meeting the client where they are and letting the client guide treatment. My main approach is building the strengths within each individual by exploring decision making, working on positive thinking, and exploring how one's feelings impact thoughts. Positive Psychology has to be the forefront of my sessions.
