What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will determine what is causing you distress. We will get to know each other. We will collaborate and you will determine your own objectives and goals; we will list them and become ready to reach them.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strengths are working with the veteran population. I have had great success working with those suffering from trauma/PTSD utilizing EMDR therapy. I provide a safe place for those suffering from trauma to heal and thrive.
