Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session we will develop trust through rapport building, address any questions, barriers and needs. We will discuss clear expectations for session including their Biopsychosocial Assessment and development of treatment plan. We will address tele mental health limitations and risk, providers schedule and attendance policy and safety plan as needed, risk and safety, and mandated reporting.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I easily build trust with my patients as they often feel emotionally safe to be vulnerable. I empower folks to remain open to the therapeutic experience and allow their inner wisdom to guide them. I welcome and honor my patient's cultural influences and ancestry. I create an even power container to illuminate to my patients their inner wisdom and control they hold.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with young adults/professionals during transitional phases. I work with adults experiencing grief, anxiety, and trauma. I have experience with parenting, family discord, and self discovering journey's. I empower my clients to remain present through somatic practices and mindfulness breathing. I am currently working towards sound healing certification to incorporate in practice.

I was very hesitant about scheduling my first therapy session because opening up to someone felt extremely overwhelming, but I was so wrong. Zoila made me feel extremely comfortable, and I cannot thank her enough for it. I cannot wait for our next session.
