I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and have spent many years working with the troubled, depressed, and mentally ill, especially focusing on couples and families. I work with individuals from ages 12 to adulthood, as well as just about all ethnicities, and cultures. I believe there is a strong correlation between mind, spirit, and body, and I therefore incorporate my experience and knowledge within my therapy, using a variety of therapies including, Client Centered, Family Systems, as Behavioral therapies. It has always been and will continue to be my pleasure to serve.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

This first session is an invitation to get know each other better. This leads to trust and safety with desire to meet them where they are. In other words, as I accompany them down their streets, I certainly invite them to come along with me down my street.

I have a calm, composed, patient personality which allows me to empathize with others from all walks of life.
