Hello! Are you having mental health issues? Are you attempting to maintain harmony with your general well-being? I am a mental health professional with board certification (PMHNP-BC). I have empathy, compassion, understanding, and I listen well. I manage medications, conduct mental health assessments, and conduct brief psychotherapy. I work with individuals of all ages who are dealing with conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, sleeplessness, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, conduct disorder, oppositional defiant disorders, DMDD, coping mechanisms for stress, addiction, etc. Together, let's use a client-centered treatment plan that is specifically designed for you and a holistic approach to help you achieve the balance you need in your general health.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, we'll discuss the reason for the visit, symptoms, history, psychosocial, expected goals/outcomes, and a tailored treatment plan that is patient-centered.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am a good listener, compassionate, and have good communication skills, empathy, and understanding.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

The goal of this approach to mental health treatment is to help patients recognize when they are engaging in dysfunctional thought patterns and then change them. We utilize solution-focused talk therapy, which centers on the idea that erroneous beliefs and views impact actions. We analyze the patient's thought processes and come up with a strategy to deal with the issues related to their mental health. The individualized strategy is based on the client as every situation is different.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Psychotherapy known as mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) combines elements of CBT with meditation and the practice of an attitude of nonjudgmental awareness of the present moment. We used different techniques to achieve a state of self-awareness of the body, and thoughts and become more aware of the present moment.
