I specialize in helping you recognize the patterns in your life and become the observer of your thoughts and feelings. I believe in working with the whole person and not just the mind. I use somatic experiencing to help you move emotions through your body and calm your nervous system. Trauma is more than what happened. Trauma is what didn’t get to happen. Somatic experiencing will allow your body to renegotiate the past while staying in the present moment.

In the first session with me, you can expect to be welcomed as you are without judgment. I will provide a safe environment for you to share what you need in the counseling relationship, and I will share with you what I am capable of providing. We can decide if I am the best match to help you achieve your goals for the changes you want to see in your life.
