I bring four years of experience focusing on empowering young adults to overcome relationship hurdles and thrive as parents (if applicable). My approach is rooted in empathy and evidence-based practices, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their concerns. Whether you're navigating dating challenges, seeking co-parenting strategies, or balancing parenthood with personal growth, I provide personalized guidance tailored to your needs.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will begin with introductions. I will then have you dive into why you are seeking therapy and your hope for sessions. A therapist-client relationship is like any other, we want to make sure it is a good fit because your time is valuable. Ready to take the next step towards healthier relationships and/or effective parenting? Schedule your telehealth session today.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I feel confident you will feel supported and gently challenged towards your goals. I have been told I am laid back, empathetic and relatable. I will be able to identify the root cause of your challenges and then help you create a plan where we can see lasting change and clarity.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

If you wish to explore it-I often find patterns of ones childhood experiences leading to how they handle conflict and relationships as an adult. I closely monitor patterns and offer reflections based on willingness and readiness to hear it. I then couple that with suggestions on how one can take a step to growth in their communication and/or managing of their relationships.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Our thoughts, emotions and behaviors drive every aspect of our lives. CBT takes a look at the interactions of these factors and helps us find how we are getting stuck in the same patterns. Upon looking at these patterns we can find tangible solutions on how we can change and become "unstuck".

Trauma Informed Care

I use TIC with every interaction. It is a way of thinking that acknowledges everyones need for their past experiences to be taken into consideration in order to receive helpful care.
