In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The clients will be given opportunities to share their needs and express their concerns for what to expect from therapy. I will listen carefully to their sharing. Clients will be introduced to how I work, the resources I access to advance the therapy relationship and then we will discuss whether or not we are a good fit to move forward.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I have always had a deep-seated desire to help people maximize their human potential. Early in my career as a religious person, I developed a knack for helping people work out their relationship issues. This led me to seek out the required training to do the reparative work to help people fix their lives and their relationships. Additionally, I have always had a passion for helping others and supporting them as they work through their life struggles. I was always curious about what people want and need to be happy as well as how faith/religion and mental health could, together, facilitate optimal health. Because I wanted to professionally help others, I pursued multiple degrees in the fields of psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, faith, and practice. My commitment to supporting individuals on their path to self-discovery, healing, and fulfillment is demonstrated by my decades-long involvement in training and preparing the next generation of psychotherapists.
