The goals also serve as benchmarks for progress and provide a framework for problem-solving and decision-making. In sum drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, humanistic therapy, and solution focused brief therapy, interventions can be tailored to suit the diverse needs of clients.
