Welcome! I'm Diana. Bienvenido! Me llamo Diana. Do you feel overwhelmed with life's stressors? Are you feeling stuck and not sure how to move forward? Are you having a difficult time finding balance in your life? My practice is inclusive of all individuals with an emphasis on supporting women with professional careers and in academics. Together we can assess what you would like to improve in your life and create a plan to achieve your goals. We will use a variety of approaches that are specifically tailored to your needs such as mindfulness, challenging negative thoughts and exploring patterns of behavior to cultivate a balanced and fulfilling life. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will discuss your goals in depth. Collaboration is important to me so we will come up with a plan together so we can start to work on your goals. It's important that we build a safe space together so you feel comfortable in session as we build a therapeutic relationship.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strengths as a clinician are my compassion and ability to connect with others. I believe it is important to work together as a team with my clients as they are the experts in their life.
