I am a double board-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I have been working in health care since 2005. I have worked as a family nurse practitioner caring for at-risk, underserved patient populations in Pennsylvania. I graduated from Wilmington University with honors with my Family Nurse Practitioner in 2010. While working as an FNP, I saw there was a great need for mental health providers and this need had exponentially increased by the pandemic; this motivated me to go back to school after 11 years of practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner for my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license. I enrolled at Wilkes University and graduated with honors in 2022. My goal is to provide quality psychiatric care in the most timely and efficient way. I aim to improve the lives of clients by delivering exceptional mental health care and to bring about mental health awareness by empowering clients with the education and services they need. I believe we cannot have complete wellness without taking care of our mental health. I believe in partnering with clients to help them have optimal health, which can be achieved by caring for the individual, mind, body, and spirit.
