I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working in the field of mental health. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and create meaningful change. My approach is compassionate, client-centered and grounded in evidence based practices. I work with all age groups experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions and stress, offering a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore thoughts and feelings.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session is all about getting to know you-your story, goals, and what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions to better understand your current challenges, background, and what you hope to get out of our work together. It's also a chance for you to get a sense of my style and ask any questions that you may have about the therapy process.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths is creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard and respected. I bring a calm and grounded presence to the therapeutic process, helping clients feel at ease even when discussing difficult topics.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work best with individuals who are ready to engage in meaningful self-reflection and are seeking support to navigate anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm. I'm well versed in working with clients who may feel misunderstood or unseen, including those who have experienced trauma, chronic stress or identity related struggles.
