I trained as a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst after a career as a writer and researcher. I also have held executive positions in two corporation addressing mental health, wellness and health care benefits issues. My initial training was at New York University followed by the National Psychological Association for Psychoanalysis. I have written and edited books on mental health concerns in the workplace
