What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, we will complete an overview history and summarize presenting problems that bring you to therapy. We will discuss additional assessments that may need to be completed as well as how the structures of the sessions will be conducted. We will take time to build rapport and discover who you are outside of therapy. Lastly, we will answer any outstanding questions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

The greatest strength is experiencing the life of a first responder first hand and truly understanding the sacrifices that are needed.
