Hello everyone! 🌻 Life can throw us curveballs, right? Sometimes we can pinpoint what's causing our stress or sadness, but other times, we feel lost and can't seem to understand what's bothering us. Sounds familiar? That's okay! That's where I come in as a counselor. My mission? To create a warm, open space where you can explore your feelings and thoughts without fear of judgment. It's totally normal to feel a bit nervous about seeking help – after all, it's not every day that we open up about our deepest fears or worries. But remember, you're not alone in this journey.👫 You are the master of your own life, but I'm here to help you sift through the clutter and figure out what goals you want to chase and the best way to get there. Together, we'll focus on the solutions, not just the problems. My special interest is in helping people who are struggling with depression and anxiety. My aim is to help ease the symptoms, but more importantly, to help you build a solid foundation so you can face life's challenges head-on. The goal of our sessions? To nurture positive change, reduce feelings like anxiety, anger, guilt, and shame, and ultimately help you navigate life with more clarity, peace, and well-being.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Now, what can you expect from our sessions? 🕰️ First of all, I want you to know that your time is precious to me. And just the fact that you've made it to the first session is already a big step! I can't promise miracles, but my hope is that you'll leave each session feeling a bit more hopeful and understood. Every chat we have will be an opportunity for us to explore your life in a safe environment, learn new coping skills, and see how your unique life experiences can pave the way for personal growth.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

What tools do I use? 🛠️ I mainly use a solution-focused approach and cognitive behavioral therapy. But every person is unique, so I'm always ready to adjust and find the therapy style that best fits your needs.
