"I am a non-judgmental, open-minded therapist who believes that each client is an individual who deserves respect and unconditional regard for their life experiences. I engage in utilization of client centered therapy that allows the client to direct and feel more involved in the therapeutic process. This allows me to connect with the client and, together, develop a treatment plan that will help them to foster the skills that they feel they need to achieve the goals that they have set forth."

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will discuss your goals for therapy and develop a treatment plan that helps us to focus on these goals. I will also answer any questions that you may have about the therapeutic experience and processes, to allow you to become more familiar as well as comfortable. We will work together on developing a trusting therapeutic relationship that allows you to feel heard and respected.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am an accepting and positive therapist that believes that each person's experiences and perspectives need to be validated and explored. I believe that the bravest people I meet are the ones who are able to engage in therapy and work to be a better person through skills building and psychological/emotional self-exploration.
