Do you feel like something is in the way of the life you desire? Often this is because of something stuck at an unconscious level, something outside of your conscious awareness, such as a limiting belief, an internal conflict, or perhaps the ongoing effects of a troubling event. I provide perspective, tools, processes, and techniques designed to adjust how someone thinks, feels, and responds, resulting in improved health and mental wellness. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

We will take some time to make sure I fully understand what you have been experiencing and what you would like to get out of our time together. Then we will dive right into movement toward our shared intention!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

It is always my intention to get to the heart of the matter, making sure my clients know I understand what has been happening for them. This connection is foundational as we move through next steps. Also, when possible, I really like to incorporate laughter. Who says we can't enjoy the process? NOTE: Please be sure to complete the Intake Form before our first appointment. Failure to do so will require us to spend our first meeting completing it together.
