Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

This approach works well for individuals experiencing depression often accompanied with chronic medical conditions for difficult life transitions.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

This intervention is especially helpful for individuals who are recovering from trauma.

Couples Counseling

Couples therapy is helpful during challenging and changing life stages like establishing norms that may be different from the families of origin, negotiating roles and needs, becoming parents, raising children and facing specific life stressors.
