Aimee has over 25 years of clinical experience, specializing in treating individuals, couples and families struggling with a variety of challenges and life transitions. Aimee takes a collaborative approach and leverages proven techniques to help her clients reach their goals. Aimee selects the techniques proven to address the specific challenge her clients would like to work on. Examples are using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Narrative therapy with individuals and Bowenian and relational family therapy with couples and families.
