Hello there, I am Tracie Grider, a Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in the state of Virginia. I have over 18 years of nursing experience mostly working in the mental health care field. My approach to treatment is collaborating with my patients to improve their mental health by providing education on the disease process, and medication use, as well as supporting overall wellbeing. I am caring, empathetic, and easy to talk to. My experience working with mental illness makes me especially passionate about providing effective treatment. I also have years of experience working closely with the active-duty military and their dependents. My treatment population is adults 18 years and older. The first step is just reaching out!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the evaluation interview I use a combination of CBT and Medication management to promote health and wellness to help you reach a stable more productive life.

Evaluate and Treatment of anxiety, depression, insomnia, mood concerns, Bipolar d/o , PTSD, OCD, grief issues, etc.
