I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania with over 13 years of working in the mental health field. My medical background also allows me to have that extra understanding of the human body and mind. I have experience with helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, coping with life changes, career, and many more.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first season I will get to know if you have ever participated in therapy before, and explain the what a client can expect during sessions. I will talk about myself and answer any questions that you would have. I would then get to know you and will take the time to let you know that you have already taken the hardest step which is to make the choice to better your life and participate in therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked in the mental health field for over 13 years have allowed me to gain knowledge of the mind, body, soul and how one’s thought can change a persons mood and behavior. Being able to provide my clients the setting where they are able to feel comfortable and safe to set goals and be the support that they need to stay on the path.
