Here at Epperson's Behavioral Healthcare, I can promise you that you will be delivered the best quality care possible. I, Kimberly Epperson, APRN PMHNP, come with many years of experience dealing with patients, young and old, including veterans who suffer from mental illness. From all nursing spectrums from a licensed vocational nurse to a master's prepared Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I have had the privilege with working with children, adolescents, older adults and the elderly suffering for an array of mental illnesses. I believe in providing quality care with emphasis on customer service and treating you not as a patient, but a person who is seeking help from a professional with no judgement and pure empathy. My goal for you is to make sure you are able to maintain your symptoms and medication management to make sure you have the quality of life you want and deserve. I utilize my skills, education, experience and expertise into my field of mental health to make sure you receive top quality treatment to help alleviate your symptoms, including providing resources for therapy as well.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
My biggest strengths and what I get complimented by most of my patients is that I'm a good listener. I want to not only know information about my patients, but also, I want to be able to allow them to verbalize their feelings as well.

I have childhood trauma that I avoided for years! I was in denial that I was mentally struggling! Kimberly Epperson helped me acknowledge and accept what was really going on with me. She is a great listener and cares for her patients. I have been seeing her for 2 years. I really appreciate her.
