What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
I am a big believer in preventative care, and I want to equip my clients with as much knowledge as possible to make educated decisions about their health. The first visit will give me an opportunity to get to know you better. We will talk about your childhood and family relationships. This will allow us to set goals, see if we are a good fit, and begin to build a connection.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I was born into a culture where some individuals do not truly understand the impact mental health plays in our everyday lives. I want my clients to understand and believe it’s okay to ask for help and to be able to assist them. As an NP, I want to help my clients figure out different ways to live and be productive in society.
