What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions. We will then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This is a collaborative approach which will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I will ask you about your goals for treatment and prioritize these goals in our future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I place an emphasis on building rapport with my patients. I believe in a nonjudgmental approach that emphasizes listening and building adaptive coping skills.
