I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with 43 years of experience treating a wide range of mental illnesses and emotional crises. I offer wellness teaching and planning, counseling and medication management if needed. I am able to communicate in Spanish as well. My approach is holistic with a focus on health of mind, body and spirit. I love to teach and I love to learn from each that I have the privilege to treat.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

We will first work on connection and building trust. I will ask a client to tell his/her story with my promise to listen well. We will develop a wellness plan of care on the first sessions to feel a forward movement in recovery.
