(she/her)
I’m a licensed therapist (LPCC-S in Kentucky, LCMHC in North Carolina) with over a decade of clinical experience across inpatient and outpatient settings. I’ve worked with adults, children, and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and domestic violence. Over time, I’ve developed a clear specialty: helping high-functioning adults manage anxiety, navigate life transitions, and untangle the internal conflicts that often come with perfectionism, burnout, or major life decisions. In addition to my clinical training, I hold an MBA with a specialization in Leadership and Organizational Change. This dual background allows me to support professionals who are juggling personal growth with demanding careers, leadership roles, or complex identities. I understand how emotional well-being and performance often intersect—and how easy it is for driven people to lose themselves in the process.
In our first session, we’ll get clear on what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and what’s been getting in the way. You can expect a calm, focused space where you’re not expected to perform—just to be honest. We'll discuss the therapeutic process, confidentiality, and your goals for therapy. I'll inquire about your personal history, current challenges, and any symptoms you may be experiencing. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, express concerns, and begin establishing a trusting and collaborative relationship with me. Together, we'll work towards creating a comfortable foundation for our therapeutic journey ahead.
I combine clinical expertise with genuine empathy to help you explore complex emotions and patterns without feeling overwhelmed or stuck. I’m skilled at identifying the underlying beliefs and behaviors that keep you caught in cycles of anxiety, perfectionism, or burnout—and I work with you to develop practical, personalized strategies grounded in CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. Clients appreciate my collaborative style—I meet you where you are, balancing structure and flexibility, insight and actionable steps. Whether you need tools to manage intense emotions or support navigating major life transitions, I am dedicated to helping you build resilience, self-awareness, and a clearer sense of purpose. Ultimately, my goal is to empower you to stop merely surviving and start thriving, both personally and professionally.
Many of my clients are professionals, leaders, or helpers who are used to being the one others turn to—but who are ready to have a space of their own to sort through the pressure, self-doubt, or decision fatigue they quietly carry. My ideal clients tend to be thoughtful, motivated, and self-aware. They're not afraid of doing the work—they just need someone who can meet them with both compassion and structure. They may be navigating big life changes (career pivots, relationship shifts, fertility decisions, or questions of identity) and want therapy that balances insight with practical tools.
CBT helps clients identify and shift unhelpful thinking patterns that contribute to anxiety, perfectionism, and stress. I use CBT to provide structure, clarity, and practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change—especially for clients who value results and self-awareness.
DBT offers skills-based strategies for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and building more effective relationships. I integrate DBT to help clients manage overwhelm and create balance—particularly those who struggle with high expectations and intense internal pressure.
Mindfulness invites clients to slow down, observe their thoughts and feelings without judgment, and reconnect with the present moment. I use mindfulness techniques to support nervous system regulation, reduce anxiety, and help high-performing individuals cultivate a more grounded, self-compassionate inner world.
