Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I offer a safe and non-judgemental harm reduction approach to care. We go at your pace always keeping your goals in mind. Your overall health is my priority. I conduct 60-minute initial consultations and 30-minute ongoing follow-up appointments. The ultimate goal is to help you live your best life. Clients often say they feel better after each session and look forward to our next session. Please note that while all visits are currently being conducted virtually, state telemedicine regulations do require you to be located in New York State.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with young professionals for the past 4 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have particular expertise in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and people with a history of trauma, PTSD, and ADHD. I take a holistic, full-person approach to both assessment and treatment and will work collaboratively with you and with the rest of your healthcare and mental health providers. I aim to support you in creating a full and meaningful life that includes the full range of human emotions.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

This form of therapy combines mindfulness skills with self-acceptance. It aims to help people be more accepting of their thoughts and feelings.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Our thoughts influence our emotions and behaviors. By modifying thought patterns, we can bring about positive changes in our emotional well-being and behavior.
