I am a licensed therapist in the state of California with over 25 years of counseling experience. I work primarily with individuals. I have worked with clients with many different struggles including addiction, relational issues, depression, anxiety, sex addiction, empowerment and self-esteem issues. Therapy can be a safe, non-judgmental supportive environment to help you talk through these challenges, find balance, and start feeling like yourself again. Whether you’re going through a tough life transition, struggling in your relationship, feeling unworthy, not good enough or wanting to let go of unhealthy habits, we can take the steps forward together.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

In my 25+ years of experience, I've create a relaxed, compassionate, yet transformative space for healing and growth. In our journey together, we can help make lasting change, whether that’s building self-esteem, gaining insight, improving relationships, feeling happier and more at peace. We develop a individualized tool box to help sustain and continue your growth.
