What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I let the client set the goals and expectations in the first session and decide where the sessions go from there. I find it important to build rapport with my clients in a judgement fee space.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Therapy is about establishing a positive relationship with the client in order to work effectively with him/her. I will meet you where you are. I will work with you on your goals during our sessions and help you improve yourself.
