I was born in Raleigh, NC. After graduating from East Carolina University, I moved to New York City to obtain my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Columbia University in 2019. I provide trauma-informed therapy primarily to adolescents and adults, who are experiencing grief, anxiety/depression, and identity struggles due to life transitions. When I am not in session, I enjoy cooking, reading, and listening to podcasts.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
I am intentional in creating a space for you that is anti-oppressive, safe, and supportive. Let’s get to know one another and discuss what brings you to therapy and how I can best support you on your path to healing.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
My approach is primarily focused on building a genuine and mutually respectful therapeutic relationship with my clients. I aim to create a space that is warm, inviting, and safe for them to explore all of their thoughts and feelings.
