Welcome, my name is Natalie Juarez. I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker in CA. If anxiety or self-doubt is getting in the way of your goals and now you feel kind of lost, then reach out and we can explore how to help you find your way again! I help my clients learn to identify what they want and take necessary steps to get there. Learn to become more assertive, to manage family expectations and pressures, to actively explore what you want to do in life, and to succeed in new settings. Learn to go through life transitions with mindfulness and intention. Support is available. Don't go through this journey alone.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

We start with brief introductions, then create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. We will explore your present functioning, identify your support system, the coping skills that you are using, and identify areas of concern or need of growth. If you are experiencing suicidal or homicidal thoughts, then in-person treatment is more appropriate than telehealth. If you need immediate support, dial 988 or 911.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

You work hard and constantly spend your energy surpassing the expectations of others. You're accomplishing so much in life but still feel kind of lost...just thinking about going to therapy makes you feel nervous, stressed, and overwhelmed. Maybe you thought you had it together but things get overwhelming too quickly and now you don’t know how to deal and you just want to cry. It doesn't have to be this way. I am here to listen and guide you in calming and refocusing yourself. In reconnecting with your inner power, your inner peace. I can help you untangle the messiness, identify your support system, and create a life that feels authentically your own. You do NOT have to go through this journey alone.

Strength-Based

I use a strengths-based lens when working with clients; which means that we will explore what your strengths are and identify areas that you wish to improve in life.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

We will use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address primary symptoms, then will incorporate relevant strategies to promote insight building and relaxation, and practice how to set healthy boundaries. Learn how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected and impact your life and those are around you!

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

In sessions, we will explore how you are managing stressors in daily life and you will identify a weekly goal to work on to help you get the results that you want!
