In our first session together, we'll start with introductions, background information, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us create a tailored plan, known as a treatment plan, to work through in follow-up sessions.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I use CBT therapy worksheets, guided conversations, and homework to explore ways of thinking. I also utilize journaling and creativity.
