Hi, I'm Rochelle Koch, LCSW, owner of Kasama Bloom. I have over 15 years of experience providing mental health services in diverse populations including academic, community and medical settings. As the only second-generation Filipino American in my immediate family, I understand the weight of intergenerational expectations, cultural silence around mental health, and the resilience it takes to navigate identity and belonging.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Clients can expect to walk away from sessions feeling seen and supported. Whether you're navigating burnout, life transitions, anxiety, depression or identity work, you'll leave sessions with deeper self-understanding, practical coping skills, and the reassurance that you don't have to carry it all alone.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I create a space where clients feel truly heard and safe. I take time to get to know my clients. I honor the full complexity of who you are: your history, your heritage, your roles, and the quiet parts of your story that often go unseen. I want therapy to feel like a collaboration to do meaningful work.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are open to growth and ready to reconnect with themselves. People who value authenticity in a therapeutic relationship; to show up with honesty even in uncertainty.

My treatment methods

Trauma Informed Care

My approach is relational, collaborative and holistic. I integrate evidence-based practices like mindfulness and strengths-based reflection to support regulation and resilience.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

ACT provides a way for self-compassion, not perfection. It helps clients who are in "survival mode" to live with intention. This approach is empowering especially for those who suppress their needs for others.
