I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Master of Addiction Counselor. I am trained in EMDR Level I. I help those with anxiety and depression, substance abuse problems, relationship issues, work-related problems, and those who have difficulty coping with daily stressors. I provide life and sober coaching for those in recovery.

We will go over some initial information on your intake form then begin to address your initial reason for seeking therapy.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I provide counseling via telehealth, e-message and telephone counseling. In-person sessions are provided when slots are available. I lean towards a solution-oriented approach. My style is eclectic which also will include CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and client-centered therapies.

Clients are treated as individuals with their unique circumstances. I provide a relaxed and comfortable environment to air out your concerns. Clients often report they feel heard after engaging in therapy.
