Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Georgia. I received my Masters Degree from the Florida State University and have been practicing for 8+ years. I support adolescents and adults in exploring their challenges around self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, as well as addressing symptoms of anxiety and depression. I absolutely love collaborating with my clients and am certain we will accomplish quite a bit together!

During our initial session, client’s can anticipate brief introductions followed by a thorough review of history and background information contributing to their presenting concerns.

SFBT is a goal oriented, strength based approach I use to help clients identify and build on what’s already working in their lives. Together, we focus on solutions rather than dwelling our problems , exploring small, achievable steps to move toward your desired outcomes. This method is collaborative, empowering, and designed to help you make meaningful progress in a short period of time.

Trauma-Focused CBT

TF-CBT is a specialized, evidence-based approach I use to support clients who have experienced trauma. This treatment helps you process and manage difficult emotions, challenge helpful thoughts, and develop coping strategies in a safe supportive environment. Through a combination of education, skill building, and gradual exposure to trauma related memories, TF-CBT empowers you to heal, build resilience and regain control of your life.
