In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session my goal is to begin building rapport, getting to know who you are as a person, rather than only focus on "the problem." Our first session begins the intake process, so I will gather a history and explore current stressors as well. My hope for you is to feel seen, heard, and supported!

I enjoy working with women, especially mothers, who are currently struggling with anxiety and depression. I love walking along side my clients as they find their strengths, improve their quality of life, and become confident in their ability to handle whatever life throws at them.
