New to Grow
I am a kind, compassionate therapist with a strong desire to help those struggling with all of life's emotional challenges. Asking for help is the first step in overcoming obstacles in life. The overwhelming fears and doubts that you can actually win the battle against anxiety, depression, or other emotional struggles can seem impossible. Trust me when I say, that it is possible! By increasing coping skills, and identifying the obstacles that are getting in the way, we can work together to get you back to the best version of you that you can be.
In our first session together, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can begin to feel comfortable sharing your story. We’ll take things at your pace—there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. I’ll ask some gentle questions to get to know you better, learn about what’s bringing you to therapy, and talk about the goals or hopes you may have for our work together. It’s also a chance for you to get a sense of me and see if I feel like the right fit for you. Think of it as the beginning of a partnership—we’ll explore, reflect, and build a path forward together, with compassion and care guiding every step.
I bring kindness, compassion, and care into every interaction, and I strive to create a space where people feel safe, heard, and valued. With years of knowledge and experience, I offer thoughtful guidance while honoring each person’s unique journey. I pride myself on being a good listener who truly understands, and I’m easy to talk to, which allows others to open up and feel comfortable sharing what’s on their hearts and minds. My goal is always to support, encourage, and walk alongside others in a way that feels genuine and meaningful.
I am best positioned to serve clients who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by the challenges life has placed in their path. Many of the people I work with struggle with anxiety, depression, past trauma, or relationship difficulties, and they come to me seeking a safe space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I connect deeply with those who are ready to make meaningful changes—whether that’s learning healthier coping skills, improving communication in their relationships, finding clarity in times of transition, or healing old wounds that continue to affect their present. My goal is to walk alongside you, offering both compassion and practical tools, so you can begin moving toward the life you want with greater confidence and peace.
