In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, your lived experiences will be the centerpiece of our work together. You won’t need to spend extra energy educating me about your unique challenges—I am committed to meeting you exactly where you are. I understand that being human can be both complex and, at times, lonely. During this initial conversation, we’ll explore your present concerns and begin identifying a pathway forward. If you feel comfortable, I’ll walk alongside you as a co-pilot on your journey toward growth and healing.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
The strength of my practice lies in creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel genuinely seen and heard. While I may bring expertise in many therapeutic approaches, you are the expert of your own life experiences. You have control over what you choose to share and how you’d like to use our time together. In our work, I offer information, gentle challenges, and a neutral perspective to support you in moving toward where you want to be. I hold no expectations other than that you come as you are. This is a space where things don’t need to sound perfect—only authentic—so you can give voice to what you’ve been carrying. Together, we’ll make sense of what emerges and explore what to do with it. As a holistic practitioner, I integrate mind–body awareness with evidence-based and experiential approaches. My goal is to help you attune to your whole self and support you in becoming the healthiest, most grounded version of you.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, identity concerns, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by balancing multiple roles, coping with unexpected changes, or carrying the weight of generational and interpersonal struggles. If you’re seeking a safe space to feel seen and heard while building resilience and reconnecting with your sense of self, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll take the journey one step at a time, working toward healing, growth, and a more grounded you.
Somatic
I integrate Brainspotting, somatic movement, guided meditation, and other biofield techniques to support deeper processing. These approaches are tailored to each individual as a way to help release emotional stress carried in both the mind and body.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use this technique to help clients reframe and reconstruct unhelpful thought patterns, while developing healthier and more constructive ways of thinking.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I value meeting clients where they are and adapting my approach to their unique needs. My style is intentionally casual and conversational, creating a supportive space for growth rather than relying on rigid directives or mandates.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
I use this technique to help clients explore and embrace self-compassion for the parts of themselves that may have been hidden or buried, creating space for deeper healing and a greater sense of wholeness.
Psychodynamic
I use this approach to help clients uncover how underlying past experiences and unconscious processes may be influencing their current behaviors and ways of showing up, creating opportunities for greater insight and healthier patterns.
