I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. I worked in the Non-Profit sector for several years and have been in private practice since 2012. I have extra education in Grief Counseling, Health and Lifestyle Coaching and Personal Training. I meet clients where they are at and help them leverage the synergy between mind and body to access the strength and momentum needed to move through Life.

Having worked with many different clients over the years, I feel the that I have grown my ability to help clients discover their unique needs, unique gifts and untapped strength to create and live a life they feel is valuable.
