With over 15 years of experience in treating individuals with mental health disorders from different populations, age groups and cultures in outpatient, inpatient and home settings, I believe in treating the whole person and the importance of implementing a humanistic philosophy of holistic care for both mind and body as part of the personalized care plan of my clients. Together we can discuss what treatments ( if any) has been effective or not effective and discuss options that may be helpful with managing your symptoms.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will discuss challenges you're facing . This will help me create a treatment plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize a combination of my treatment knowledge , experiences / expertise and clinical guidelines to assist in the decision making process when choosing a medication treatment option FMLA & other docs my practice charge $25 per pg will take up to 4wks to complete, will complete after 3 follow up sessions ***I do not prescribe Benzodiazepines( Xanax, Valium,Klonopin,Ativan ) etc***

Of many strengths,my biggest one is having patience ,the ability to listen and empathize with my clients. Educating individuals about their mental health is my passion. I enjoy providing them with extensive information about their diagnosis and treatment of choice.
