What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session, we will start with a brief introduction. Then we will discuss what brought you and then decide the best way forward. This will help me gain a better understanding of your emotions, identify obstacles to optimal mental health, and process previous traumatic experiences. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Having worked in an Advanced practice role for 7 years. I am dedicated to meeting individuals where they are through the provision of client-tailored psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and brief psychotherapy. My goal is to partner with individuals to achieve their recovery goals in a compassionate, empathetic, open-minded, and stigma-free environment.
