I have experience treating individuals and couples with depression, anxiety, attachment and trauma. I have worked extensively with teens, young adults and adults and believe my relationship with my clients is a partnership working to achieve the clients goals. I strive to assist clients with identifying and building upon their strengths and growing through their challenges. I am an eclectic therapist, utilizing a variety of treatment models in order to treat the whole person. Are you ready for a change? Are you ready to grow through and past what is currently holding you back from being the best you that you can be? I would be honored to walk through that journey with you and help you reach your goals in a safe, non judgmental space.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

After the first session we will be working on goal setting and making sure that the reason you have come to therapy are not only heard, but put into action steps in order to help you reach whatever goals you would like to set. I will help guide you in setting and taking steps in achieving those goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is having an eclectic approach to therapy, that utilizes a combination of interventions and techniques to assist you in reaching your goals. Additionally, I am laid back and take a more relaxed approach to therapy to assist you with feeling comfortable, but also to maintain an authentic space for both you and myself to do our best work. I am here to help you reach your goals and that is best done when we both feel comfortable and safe in the space we are creating while working with one another.

My treatment methods

Christian Counseling

I have been offering a Christian focused option for my clients who are interested since 2018. This is a focus that is explored and agreed on by both therapist and client as the treatment plan is developed.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have been through several CBT trainings and use this interventions heavily in my practice.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT is an intervention that all clients can benefit from. There are practical skills and how to apply them taught for most clients. It is an intervention style that I have had many trainings in and incorporate it into most treatment plans.

Couples Counseling

I have been working with couples since 2018. I have training and enjoy helping clients prepare for marriage, and work through conflicts in current marriages.
