I’m a relational Gestalt therapist, which means I support people in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors through the lens of present-moment experience and connection. My work centers on helping clients develop greater self-awareness, deepen their relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with more authenticity and resilience. I believe that healing happens in relationship—both with ourselves and with others—so I bring a collaborative, compassionate presence to the therapy space. Together, we make room for what’s emerging, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and move toward more meaningful and embodied ways of living.
