Do you constantly worry or struggle with always thinking what will happen next? Did you just have a baby and are feeling very overwhelmed, sad, or anxious? Did you experience a traumatic birth? Are you struggling with infertility and often feel you have nobody to talk to? Did you desperately want children and now feel overwhelmed by them? Did you just graduate college, get married, or experience another big life transition? Are you or have you been involved in an unhealthy intimate relationship? You are not alone! So many people experience these same thoughts and struggles. My goal is to help you feel less anxious and more confident. I want you to feel less stress, but also validated in your feelings and experiences. I will work with you to process and work through these thoughts and emotions and come to a place where you can manage these various life stressors. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). I have been a social worker for 9 years. I specialize in perinatal mental health, anxiety, life transitions, and domestic violence. Are you ready to process some of your experiences, feel more at ease/less stressed, and more confident? You can contact me through my website! I look forward to working with you!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I think my biggest strengths are my empathy and compassion for others, and meeting clients where they are at. I am genuinely a curious person and seek out education and training on a consistent basis. I am always striving to learn and grow. Clients would say I'm personable, down to earth, and nonjudgemental. I have participated in advanced training in perinatal mental health and am certified in this area as well, holding a PMH-C.
