Hello, Am glad you decided to connect with me today. Do you feel drowned and unable to perform at your optimal level? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work, school and health? Is it hard to function daily without support? I help clients manage anxiety and depression to maintain a great relationship. Together, we can collaborate to identify what's not working to get you back to your optimal level. I use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate mindfulness, meditation and exercise to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself and others. Whether you're dealing with School, relationship issues or a cascade of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but very rewarding and you're making the right choice. You deserve a therapist who deploys compassion, empathy, trust and non-judgemental. In our sessions together, I will utilize evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the thoughts and emotions holding you back. Let's work together!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Although I use diverse therapeutic techniques to empower and enhance their confidence, I focus on their strengths and obstacles. My experience includes providing services to adolescents, young adults and adults who come from diverse backgrounds. Each session will be client-centered. We will collaboratively work on their goals. There may be times in therapy when it will be scary/uncomfortable, but it will be fulfilling and rewarding. They will learn techniques to challenge unhealthy automatic thoughts and core belief that results in unpleasant behavior.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Solution-focused, Evidenced-based Cognitive behavior therapy, Motivational interviewing, strength-based and other therapeutic approaches that best tailor to patients needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength with clients is being able to meet the clients where they are and help them to grow. I work with children, adolescents and adults who are making transitions in their lives. In therapy, we will collaboratively establish a focus on short-term goals and develop objectives and interventions tailored to patients to assist with recovery. Some of the areas include but are not limited to going back to school, lack of motivation, anxiety, parenting, depression, work-life balance, oppositional, anger and trauma.
