I am a LCSW with 13 years of experience working with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, burnout and other mental health issues. I help identify root issues and work with my clients to better understand their therapeutic goals. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are experiencing challenges in their lives or relationships. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative and tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and positive change and I am here to support you on your journey towards greater emotional well-being and fulfillment.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session will focus on gathering information and understanding the concerns and goals of the individuals or the couple. We will start by discussing what brings you here and what you hope to achieve through therapy. I will ask questions to help me understand your communication styles, and any patterns of behavior that may be contributing to the issues you are experiencing. I am dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
