What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will make it possible for us to create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. You can expect to discuss your personal history (both medical and psychiatric), family history, goals and any concerns or fears. You can expect complete attention and a non threatening environment.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use evidence based approach to guide safe practice. My goal is to have you participate in your care through conversation whereby questions and concerns can be addressed.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a board certified provider. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults with diverse diagnoses including ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar and OCD. I take the time to do an initial evaluation in which your diagnosis can be validated or corrected, and do regular follow ups to ensure that the plan we implement is executed and adjusted as necessary.
