In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and exploring what brought you to therapy. This intake session is a space for you to share your story and begin identifying the challenges you’d like to work on. Together, we’ll start developing goals that will guide our work and ensure we stay focused on what matters most to you.

My greatest strengths as a provider come from over 10 years of diverse experience supporting clients as they navigate unique and complex life stressors. This breadth of experience allows me to bring creative, individualized solutions to each session. I’m committed to moving at a pace that feels comfortable for my clients, to make sure they feel supported every step of the way.
