Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and exploring what brought you to therapy. This intake session is a space for you to share your story and begin identifying the challenges you’d like to work on. Together, we’ll start developing goals that will guide our work and ensure we stay focused on what matters most to you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a provider come from over 10 years of diverse experience supporting clients as they navigate unique and complex life stressors. This breadth of experience allows me to bring creative, individualized solutions to each session. I also understand that meaningful change takes time, and I prioritize creating a thoughtful and patient process. I’m committed to moving at a pace that feels comfortable for my clients, to make sure they feel supported every step of the way.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals who are ready to take an active role in their healing journey. My ideal clients are those who approach therapy with openness and a willingness to tackle life’s challenges head-on. They value honest conversations, are ready to reflect deeply, and are open to receiving practical feedback and strategies to create meaningful change in their lives.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I specialize in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help adults navigate and manage anxiety. With years of experience in evidence-based practices, I empower clients to identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and build resilience. Together, we work on fostering a deeper understanding of the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, creating a pathway toward greater emotional well-being and confidence in daily life. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where you feel heard and equipped to take meaningful steps toward change.

Somatic

I integrate somatic therapy techniques to support adults in reconnecting with their bodies as a vital part of the healing process. With a focus on the mind-body connection, I guide clients in developing awareness of physical sensations and exploring how stress and emotions manifest in the body. Through practices such as grounding, breathwork, and gentle movement, I help clients release stored tension and trauma, cultivate a sense of safety, and foster resilience. My approach is compassionate and holistic, empowering clients to tap into their body’s innate ability to heal and restore balance.
