What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then discuss what goals you want to work on to address the issues you face. This will help me tailor your sessions in a way that aligns with your specific life circumstances.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Patrice utilizes expressive arts interventions when relevant for the client to support their achievement of counseling goals. These interventions include the use of books and literature to identify and express overwhelming feelings, or the use of music to promote relaxation and mindfulness.
